Privacy, security and confidentiality are vitally important to L and S Prints. The following terms and conditions are there to make our web site a safe place to trade. You need to be aware that by using this web site you agree to the following terms and conditions.

L and S Prints do not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

You accept that e-mail will be used as the normal means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail confirming this

Your contract is with L and S Prints, Export House, West Lane, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 2LH.

You undertake that all details which you have provided for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to use alternative materials in production, to those stated on the website to maintain continuity of service

All delivery times are stated in good faith and serve as a guide. We do not warrant that the products will be with you on a specific date. We will do our best to meet these timelines but cannot guarantee it.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods or caused by the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or leaving our premises

Unless notified in writing or via email prior to dispatch, the buyer will be liable for any additional charges arising from attempted deliveries during the normal working day if wrong delivery details are given, the postcode is incorrect, works are closed or we are unable to obtain a signature.

Complaints or claims must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, 10 days after the goods were expected to arrive.

As all L and S Prints’ products are personalised we will only accept returns of products that suffer from a manufacturing defect.

Products must be returned in their original delivery condition within 10 days of dispatch and the final decision is at the discretion of our customer services team.

Please do not send your “faulty” products back to L and S Prints without contacting a member of our team first. We must remind you to review the terms that you agreed to at time of purchase which are on our website if purchased online

Returned goods should be sent to L and S Prints via the address in the Contact Us section

We only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so that you have proof of delivery. The customer has to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked by our customer service team and found to be faulty.

You confirm to L and S Prints that you own or have permission to use any images that you supply to us.

You accept that a photograph when enlarged may lose some definition and that colour variation may occur in finished item.

Picture cropping and editing is sometimes unavoidable, you accept we need to exercise a degree of license to crop and edit images to fit and to achieve the very best results.

All promotional images of our products are good guides for what we make. We do not guarantee that the final item will be identical to the images contained in this web site.

You may not email to us or request us to print any images or other material unless you have the right to do so. For example, you may not copy photos from another web site or other publication unless you have the permission of the relevant rights owner.

This website cannot stop you from including unacceptable artwork/graphics/logos or text in your order. L and S Prints reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you and to delete/change artwork/graphics/logos or text or to contact you for alternative solutions. If any artwork/text appears to L and S Prints to be offensive or unacceptable or detrimental to L and S Print’s reputation or that of its business partners.

We accept no responsibility any infringement of any patent, copyright, registered design or trademark of any third party. It is the buyer's entire responsibility to obtain any necessary licences or permissions and the buyer hereby agrees to indemnify us against all claims, actions, proceedings, costs and losses out of such an infringement

All proofs and visuals produced by L and S Prints are copyrighted. You are NOT permitted to copy, reproduce or give to a third party without our prior written consent as this infringes our rights which are protected by law and constitutes a breach of our legal rights and financial remuneration will be sought

All dimensions provided by L and S Prints are approximate and may vary. For all bespoke goods, the buyer will accept and pay for any variations. Unless otherwise agreed we reserve the rights to make reasonable variations in the manufacture of the goods

After you have placed an order for any goods, products or services via this web site, the order will not be treated as having been accepted until you receive confirmation from us that this is the case. This confirmation will usually be made by email, the decision to accept any order from you is at our discretion and we are not bound to do so.

L and S Prints shall not be liable of loss arising to the buyer from delay or failure coming from an act of God, war, civil disturbance, terrorist act, riot, industrial action or dispute, natural calamity, non-availability of materials, controls, restrictions or prohibitions of government or any other competent authority, fire, flood, sabotage, breakdown of plant or machinery or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

L and S Prints does not make any guarantees that the website is free from infection by viruses, Trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
